Calendar Policy

Entries in the City‘s web site calendar are limited to City events. City events are defined as those events organized by the City of Newport News or a related government agency or primarily financed by the City of Newport News. Examples of these related agencies include: Hampton - Newport News Community Services Board, Newport News Redevelopment and Housing Authority, Peninsula Airport Commission, Sister Cities of Newport News, and the Virginia Cooperative Extension.

The City website will provide links to HamptonRoads.com and Tourism sites for events not covered by the City calendar.
